With almost 15 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, Roisín brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of both the physical and subtle layers of yoga. Like many, she first came to the mat for the physical benefits but stayed for the profound mental and emotional transformation the practice offers. 🌿
Trained in Hatha and Yin, Roisín’s classes are breath-led, steady, and strength-based — combining functional movement with intentional, creative sequencing. Expect a mindful flow that encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and a deep (re)connection to the breath–body relationship, one breath at a time. 🧘♀️
