STUDIO VIBE & GUIDELINES

 

We are so happy you're here! Our studio is a space to reconnect with your body, your breath and yourself. To help keep things flowing, please read the following gentle guidelines:

✨​Bring What You Need✨​

Please bring your own mat, a towel and plenty of water. We have a limited number of new, branded mats for sale and some on hand to borrow if you need - feel free to grab one!

✨​Arrive in Good Time✨​

Give yourself space to land. Arrive a little early so you can check in, settle onto your mat and ease into the warm, welcoming atmosphere at the studio.

✨​Community First✨​
We love the warm chatter and friendly faces - connection is part of the practice. Feel free to chat before the class begins, but once the teacher starts, let's embrace the quiet and flow into presence together.

✨​Listen inward✨​

Every class in the studio can be a powerful practice. You are always encouraged to rest, hydrate and modify poses to meet your body where it is today. Please express any concerns or describe any relevant injuries to your teacher before the class begins for bespoke advice and guidance.

✨​Phone-Free Zone✨​

This is your time. We ask that all phones be silenced and left outside the room to honour your space and everyone else's. If you'd rather give your phone to the instructor to be kept securely next door, please feel free to ask.

✨​Respect the Space & Each Other​✨​

Kindness, care and an open heart goes a long way. We're all here for the same reason - to feel better, move stronger and live brighter.
