Class Description

Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body - the fascia, ligaments and joints - through long, passive holds. Postures are mainly floor-based and held for several minutes, allowing you to soften into stillness and create space both physically and mentally. This class is perfect for cultivating calm, improving flexibility and releasing deeply held tension. A powerful compliment to stronger, more active classes. Suitable for ALL levels and especially supportive for those seeking rest, recovery or nervous system regulation.
