Class Description

Rest and Recovery is a non heated, slow paced class designed to help you unwind, stretch deeply and reset your body midweek. This class blends gentle slow flow with longer, supported holds to improve mobility, release tension and calm the nervous system - without the intensity of hot yoga or long uncomfortable yin holds. Expect floor based movement, mindful transitions, deep stretches and plenty go time to breathe. Perfect for the evening if your body feels tired, tight, or overstimulated and you are craving something slower and more nourishing, Suitable for all levels. No heat. No rush. Just space to recover.
