Class Description
Hot Yoga Flow is a dynamic energising class that builds heat, strength and stamina through continuous movement and breath. Expect creative sequences that link postures together in a flowing rhythm - challenging your balance, focus and endurance in a heated room. This class is faster paced than our Slow Flow - offering a strong physical workout while still grounding you in breath and alignment. Open to ALL levels with plenty of options to modify or level up depending on how you're feeling!
