Class Description

This is the original hot yoga sequence: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, traditionally practiced twice in a set order. In our 60-minute format, some postures are formed once and others twice, offering a more time efficient version without losing the structure and benefits of the full sequence. This sequence is designed to work every system of the body supporting spinal health, joint mobility and mental clarity. The consistency of the practice helps you track progress and build confidence over time. A strong structured class suitable for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this classic practice meets you where you are!
