This 90-minute experience focuses on connection, trust, and light-hearted fun, using simple partner yoga poses, shared breath, and supported stretches. Expect moments of laughter, gentle movement, and time to be fully present with each other — no pressure, no performance.
The class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. You don’t need any previous yoga experience — just a willingness to move, breathe, and try something a little different together.
