Class Description

This fun, beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you build the foundations of a strong and confident handstand in a supportive environment. We’ll break down the key elements of handstanding, including alignment, strength, balance and technique, with plenty of drills and progressions to suit complete beginners. Whether your goal is to kick up for the first time, improve your confidence upside down, or simply challenge yourself with something new, this workshop will give you the tools to continue progressing long after the session ends. No previous handstand experience is needed—just a willingness to learn, have fun and maybe spend a little time upside down! Perfect for: * Complete beginners * Anyone wanting to build confidence upside down * Those looking to improve strength, balance and body awareness * Yogis wanting to develop a consistent handstand practice
