Class Description

Our Slow Flow classes move at a steady & intentional pace, giving you time to refine alignment, build strength and deepen flexibility in foundational postures. While slower than our Hot Yoga Flow, this class still offers a strong and focused practice that challenges both body and mind through mindful movement and breath. Ideal if you are looking for a flow-based class that is less fast paced but still energising and dynamic. Suitable for ALL levels, including beginners!
