This is our fun class - the one where you get to try new things, explore movement and see what you’re capable of. Rocket yoga brings a dynamic, flowing style with plenty of options so it stays accessible to all levels. Expect a mix of strength, movement and playful challenges, all in a supportive space where nothing has to be perfect. Come as you are, have a go and enjoy it!
