Service Description
Welcome to our 26 & 2 hot yoga class, a dynamic and invigorating practice that combines the benefits of heat with a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. In this class, you will experience a challenging yet accessible series of yoga postures designed to systematically work every part of the body, from head to toe. The room is heated to approximately 105°F (40°C), allowing your muscles to warm up quickly, increasing flexibility and detoxification through sweat. Led by experienced instructors, each posture is carefully guided with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Through consistent practice, you'll build strength, improve balance, and enhance mental clarity. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, our 26 & 2 hot yoga class offers a transformative experience that will leave you feeling energized, rejuvenated, and centered.
